Doing business on-line presents new legal issues for you to address.  Traditional legal theories governing business transactions provide a useful starting point for you to assess both the risks and compliance requirements governing your business.  However as with all new methods of doing business, some of these theories may not be completely appropriate for your business.  For many on-line businesses legal issues may be heavily influenced by traditional theories of Intellectual Property law.  The links on the right lead to other pages describing issues my clients have asked most often about.
